Recent projects completed are :

• Distillery warehouse roof strip and reclad, where our role was that of main contractor with the re-cladding work carried out by a sub-contractor. This job needed special consideration as the roof had to be closed and secure each night to satisfy customs and excise requirements.
• Type three survey and subsequent removal of asbestos, redundant boilers and associated pipe work from the basement of a public building.
• Asbestos insulation board (AIB) removal from a sheltered housing complex.
• Boiler and pipe work insulation removal from a residential home
• Type three survey and subsequent removal of all asbestos from a hotel which was being converted into a college hotel management facility.
• Asbestos removal from a main city hospital to allow a major extension to be connected to the original building.
